She holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Florida. Paula’s talk is an absolute must for anyone who is in the role of caregiver or supports a caregiver. Past attendees have reported improved emotional well being; reduced anger, guilt and depression and increased self-confidence in coping with the demands placed on them.
