All low-impact aerobics, with a Latin-dance influence, you’ll work you body and brain learning dance sequences while strengthening your muscles and improving your balance and coordination. We finish up the class focusing on strength, balance and flexibility (bring small hand weights if you have them). And it’s so much fun, you’ll forget it’s good for you!!
