The 2nd Season of Aging Mastery Program® 10-Part Series Begins Monday, January 23, 2017
The National Council on Aging (NCOA) with an initiative from The Patterson Foundation selected AIPRC to provide the state-of-the-art 10-part Aging Mastery Program® on the art of living well: This interactive engagement-curriculum provides the most up-to-date information and tools for seniors. The cost for all 10 workshops is $100 ( including refreshments, workbook, course materials, and a graduation certificate when you complete the course). The program focuses on the life-changing factors meaningful to all of us: good health, sleep issues, exercise and mindfulness, balance, financial security, advance planning, building positive relationships, and a sense of overall well-being to name a few.

The first Tuesday of every month, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Memory Screenings will be provided by Sue Fox, Program Specialist for the Alzheimer’s Association Florida Gulf Chapter! The maximum number that can be screened per day is seven, so be sure to sign-up quickly.

Sue brings a wealth of experience and expertise in Mental Health and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Quincy College and a Master’s Degree from Concordia University! Screenings are held in the Ruth Cushing Room, Aging in Paradise Resource Center, 2nd floor of the Longboat Island Chapel, LBK.
